Must be 18 or older to participate in classes and workshops.
Classes and workshops are taught by me based on material
that I compiled through my own personal experiences and research over several
years of self healing. I am not a professional therapist or counselor, however
I am a trained mentor, presenter, and level 2 reiki practitioner, and I desire
to assist others in living a full and happy life.
